UPRS publishes camp-construction and accommodation support for different workforce needs. An agreed design should set room, utility, electrical, plumbing, communications and climate-control requirements.

Camp services may include potable and service-water supply, wastewater collection and treatment support, septic removal and portable sanitation.
Fuel and equipment
The published scope also includes fuel supply and light or heavy equipment leasing, with operators where the contract requires them.
